All membership plans include access to the same complete care ecosystem: 4 VIP specialists available 24/7, unlimited chat, concierge service, breed monitoring, unlimited video calls, 24/7 emergency line, weekly wellness check, and personal care concierge.
Plans differ in the number of pets and devices supported:
Each membership is linked to a unique access code. The access code may be used on the number of devices specified by the selected plan. Sharing access codes beyond the authorized device limit is not permitted.
Luxury Pets reserves the right to modify membership offerings, provided such changes do not affect obligations already paid for during an active billing period.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis.
By subscribing, you authorize Puppy Love America LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method for all applicable membership fees.
Your membership will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Upon cancellation:
New subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of their initial subscription purchase. After the 7-day refund window, membership fees are non-refundable. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

These records are intended to support continuity of care, organization, and personalized guidance.
Members are responsible for ensuring that submitted information remains accurate and up to date.
Luxury Pets provides access to live professional guidance and support services.
Response times may vary depending on demand, availability, technical factors, and service levels.
While we strive to maintain continuous availability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Live support, consultations, and guidance experiences are delivered through our specialist care platform, which combines curated professional knowledge with advanced artificial intelligence technology. Members acknowledge that interactions with the care team experience may be facilitated, in whole or in part, by AI-powered systems designed and supervised to provide consistent, high-quality guidance.
Luxury Pets provides access to professional guidance, education, support, and wellness-related services designed to help pet families make informed decisions regarding their pets' wellbeing.
Luxury Pets does not provide emergency veterinary care, surgery, physical examinations, prescription authority, or regulated veterinary acts that legally require direct in-person intervention.
If a pet requires urgent or emergency care, members should immediately contact a licensed local veterinarian or emergency veterinary provider.
Luxury Pets provides access to professional guidance, educational resources, personalized support, live assistance, and wellness-related services designed to help pet families make informed decisions regarding the wellbeing of their pets.
The information, recommendations, educational materials, guidance, and support provided through Luxury Pets are intended to promote continuity of care, informed decision-making, and personalized support based on information voluntarily provided by members.
Luxury Pets does not provide emergency veterinary care, emergency medical intervention, surgery, physical examinations, prescription authority, diagnosis requiring direct physical evaluation, or any regulated veterinary act that legally requires in-person examination, treatment, or intervention.
Members are solely responsible for seeking immediate assistance from a licensed veterinarian, emergency veterinary facility, or other qualified local professional whenever urgent, emergency, or time-sensitive care may be required.
Professional guidance provided through Luxury Pets is based on the information available at the time of consultation and may be limited by the accuracy, completeness, quality, or timeliness of information provided by members.
Luxury Pets cannot guarantee specific outcomes, medical results, behavioral outcomes, nutritional outcomes, grooming outcomes, performance improvements, recovery timelines, or individual results for any pet.
Every pet is unique, and outcomes may vary based on factors including age, breed characteristics, genetics, medical history, environment, lifestyle, training consistency, nutritional compliance, owner participation, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Personalized Pet Records are provided to support organization, continuity, and personalized guidance throughout the membership experience. Personalized Pet Records do not constitute official medical records, veterinary records, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, or legally regulated healthcare documentation.
Video consultations, live communications, educational content, articles, webinars, resources, support interactions, and professional guidance are provided as part of the membership experience and should be interpreted within the context of the information available at the time of the interaction.
Luxury Pets reserves the right to modify, improve, expand, limit, suspend, or discontinue services, features, content, programs, technologies, or platform functionality as part of the ongoing development and improvement of the membership experience.
Members further acknowledge that Luxury Pets uses advanced artificial intelligence technology as part of the delivery of its guidance, educational, and support services, and that responses may be generated automatically based on the information provided during each interaction.
By accessing or using Luxury Pets services, members acknowledge and accept these limitations, responsibilities, and conditions as part of the Terms of Service.

All website content, branding, text, graphics, designs, logos, videos, software, educational materials, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Puppy Love America LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Puppy Love America LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, memberships, services, or related content.
